Disturbia - 8/10. It was just a remake, but it's good. Great acting and such.

Hot Fuzz was fun . The humor was a bit Monty Pythonish which added to the movie .

28 Weeks was overall pretty good . Too much fast forward camerawork during some scenes . Left open for another sequel . The helicopter scene in the field of infected ragers was crazy !
Life is a grindstone . Whether it grinds us down or polishes us up , depends on what we are made of .

Disturbia was pretty decent, though it had a lackluster finish. It falls apart during the final sequence. Id still give it 6.5/10. I just wish it would have had some sort of thrilling finish, or twist, or maybe did something daring like kill off the love interest in the final sequence. It was still worth watching however. BTW, I really dont think it qualifies as a remake. Just more of a different take on a simular subject.

Also wathced Bobby. Id have to say im tore on this one. You have like 10 or 15 big time actors, very strong cast. Though, the biggest star of the entire movie is Robert F. Kennedy. His words. Amazing. I wish they would have concentrated more on him, and his run for president. Less on some of the characters in the movie. I can understand why 2/3 of that stuff was there, and why it related to his run for office, and why he gave people hope. The other 1/3 seemed like useless drama. So, I give it 7/10, would have been much higher if it wouldnt have been for some of the useless subplots.

Smoking Aces-worst action film I have seen in a long time. Was really hyped up bout watchin this with the cast. It was almost like the director was trying to make this Pulp-fictionisc but failed miserably. There was very few action scenes (compared to what I thought there would be). I agree Jeremy Piven's character was hardly in it, and 90% of the time he was coked out. The ending sucked too imho.
    4/10.

Little Miss Sunshine...I know but I had a friend recommend it and honestly it wasn't that bad. Had alot of dry humor to it, Greg Kinner and Steve Carelle really stole the show. Some of it is offensive, but other then that it wasnt half bad.
    7.5/10

I think Officer Joe Swanson is the only man in America that likes his work.

Finally watched 28 Weeks Later ..

Top notch movie! One of the most intense and exciting movies I've seen in many many years. A+ from me - if you're a fan of these types of movies, go see it now!

LOL I totally agree! I couldn't help but laugh when there were torsos and heads flying left and right. That's a blood bath if I ever saw one! That was one crazy pilot!

28 Weeks Later - good good good movie. I liked it better than the first.

Black Sheep - not the old chris farley movie. This is the new one coming out next month, about screwed up sheep. Just imagine shaun of the dead meets 28 weeks letter meets a pack of sheep.
